- When I came back last night, I discovered that my checked-in bag was broken.

* Ok, then please come to our office to get compensated.

- aha, but how long will it take you to fix it>?!!!!!

yeah! That was weird ... we always compensate = pay the price for her bag or she can get us a receipt after fixing it. But we never do the fixing thing ourselves~... ummm!

Well..it should take a while, the handyman is currently re-assembling a plane's engine..meanwhile..maybe you'd like to sunbathe on the beach in the basement..bring your own sunblock lotion though..that we do not provide..we're not a supermarket for God's sake!
