I don't get it..
It's hard to get it.. and I think I never will.
When the green light does not mean drive!!
So if you want to take a right turn and the light goes green, it means you have to wait for the pedestrians to cross!! + sometimes you have to wait for the cars from the other side to drive straight and then it's your turn..
And guess what? Both scenarios happen when the light is GREEN. It is confusing! Big time!

yeah, drivers should always yeild to pedestrains...and some of them, they just drive u crazy by the way and speed they cross the streets, like they own it...

Lool! It's really strange because it's not as our country.
But if it's like KSA and the US then if you're going to the right it's always green for you except if the light signs an arrow to the right. ya3ni you can go anytime to the right even if straight is red. Check this in your streets

afaf.. which reminds me of my hubby the other day, he was telling me that when we're crossing the street we'd be in a hurry so that cars won't wait so long.. but when they are crossing and we're driving, it's a different scenario altogher!
Sam.. have you ever driven in Amman? cause if you did, you'll know exactly what im talking about :)

I find this easy compared to all the confusion created with the fact that green doesn't mean drive.. and the funny thing is that sometimes it means drive!! so it's like each street and area has its own weird rules and you have to KEEP your eyes open, and sometimes even guess .. :D plus the other day I was discussing it with munz, and he was like it's funny how they make drivers think a lot in this country.. hehe
